Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet underwent renovations in 2017 and together with the ‘new Freeport’ that sought inspiration from Lisbon, the capital city of Portugal, 28 was born.
28 is a replica of Lisbon’s iconic 28 tram. This replica is located in one of the central areas of the outlet – Praça do Elétrico, the Tram Square - and this tram was converted into a café with a terrace so that its patrons can feel as if they were in one of Lisbon's traditional gardens.
In 28 you can have a short break from your shopping expedition and enjoy a relaxed service in a privileged terrace where you can have breakfast, a coffee or a family snack.
